Job Description
The Medical Lab Technician / Medical Technologist will perform laboratory tests, report panic values, and maintain equipment. They will also provide excellent customer service and assist with training students. They must have an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience. They must also be certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician (American Society for Clinical Pathology) preferred.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
  • Bachelors of Science
  • Completion of post secondary program in medical laboratory technology
  • Training in Armed Services as Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Certified as Medical Laboratory Technician (American Society for Clinical Pathology) preferred
