Medical Lab Technician/Medical Technologist - Microbiology position available in Beaver, PA. Responsibilities include accurately processing, analyzing, and reporting laboratory results. Professional judgment and quality assurance skills required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician Program
  • ACT 169 clearance
  • certification by A.S.C.P. within 6 months from date of hire
  • H.E.W. certification with 5 years of full-time clinical laboratory experience
  • already functioning as an MLT within SVH or TMC as of June 2002
  • MT (ASCP) certified or hold a BS degree from an accredited and associated certification program
  • A.S.C.P. certification within 6 months from date of hire
  • already functioning as an MT within HVS or HVB as of June 2002
  • Certified as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) through HEW and has experience as a CLT for a minimum of 20 years
