Role OverviewPerforms a wide variety of laboratory procedures, using both manual and automated methods, under the direction of a Coordinator. Works closely with the Coordinator and technologists/technicians in an atmosphere of continuous quality improvement.
What You Will Do
Performs chemical, microscopic, and bacteriological testing of body fluids to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment of disease. Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served in his/her section.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Applied Science, Medical Laboratory Technology or related scientific field
- 12-months approved clinical training in a NACCLS approved program or equivalent
- MLT(ASCP) Certification or equivalent
