Role OverviewJoin the HLA department and perform high and moderate complexity testing. Weekend and holiday on call is required. Follows laboratory policies and procedures to optimize laboratory operations.
What You Will Do
Accurately and efficiently performs pre-analytical, analytical and post analytical processes for laboratory testing. Maintains and troubleshoots laboratory equipment and evaluates quality control assessments.

Requires 2+ years of experience in a highly complex laboratory setting. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology, or equivalent. Ability to work independently and with team members, and effective written and verbal communication skills.

- 2+ years Experience in a highly complex laboratory setting
- Associate's Degree in clinical laboratory science and certification by ASCP or equivalent
