Job Description
Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist Team Lead in Chardon, Ohio. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for performing high and moderate complexity testing, leading departmental projects, and collaborating with the laboratory supervisor to ensure laboratory compliance with regulatory agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a chemical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution (Required) or Bachelor's Degree in other field (Required) and Associate's Degree in clinical laboratory science and certification by ASCP or equivalent are also acceptable (Required)
  • 5+ years of experience in a Medical Laboratory Scientist/Technologist III role (Required)
  • Medical Technologist (MT-ASCP) or equivalent (Required Upon Hire) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT-ASCP) or equivalent (Required Upon Hire) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS-ASCP) or equivalent (Required Upon Hire)
