Role OverviewThe Medical Laboratory Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the White Earth Service Unit's mission of providing high-quality, culturally sensitive healthcare to ensure positive health outcomes for all patients.
What You Will Do
The MLT will collect, prepare, and handle specimens accurately and efficiently for routine testing and referral, conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests, perform quality control procedures, and maintain accurate records of test results.

Requirements
- Valid ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience in a clinical laboratory setting
- Current BLS certification required
- Ability to operate and calibrate analytical instruments, independently conduct tests, and identify and report abnormal results
- Proficiency in medical terminology, microbiology, chemistry, physiology, and quality assurance practices
