What You Will Do
Answers the telephone, schedules appointments, verifies patient insurance eligibility, obtains payor-required authorizations, makes reminder phone calls, and collects copayments from patients.

Requirements
- HS diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical office
- Knowledge of HIPPA & OSHA guidelines
- Working knowledge of medical practice management systems and electronic medical records
- Basic knowledge of computers and medical terminology
