Job Description
The Medical Only Adjuster will process claims involving minor injuries, examine claim forms, and ensure claim file documentation is current. They will also review and process medical bills, pay claimants and providers, and refer complex claims to supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior experience handling worker's claims
  • Adjuster licensing required
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to negotiate
