Job Description

As a Medical Provider, you will conduct health assessments, prescribe medications, create personalized treatment plans, and coach patients through lifestyle changes.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
  • Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain before start)
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical work experience; experience in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, wellness, or retail medicine preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide patients
  • Willingness to travel between East Valley locations as part of a rotating schedule
