Medical Revenue Cycle Manager responsible for supervising accounts receivable and collections operations in a specialty pharmacy and infusion billing environment. Oversees collection staff, payer follow-up, denial resolution, aging AR reduction, and reimbursement recovery efforts.

Requirements

  • Supervise and mentor AR and collections staff
  • Manage outstanding claims follow-up and denial resolution
  • Monitor AR aging and collection performance metrics
  • Escalate payer reimbursement and underpayment issues
  • Ensure accurate documentation within billing systems
  • Coordinate appeals and reconsideration submissions
  • Train staff on payer guidelines and collection procedures
  • Collaborate with billing, intake, pharmacy, and finance teams
