Supports delivery of patient care by providing clerical and receptionist services to patients, families, visitors, staff, physicians, departments that support patient care, and all other customers of a Patient Care Unit.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Preferred qualifications include one year of previous experience in a hospital setting, flexibility in availability, professionalism and reliability, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and high emotional intelligence
