The role involves receiving visitors and patients, ascertaining their needs, and directing them accordingly. The Medical Receptionist will also answer telephones, make appointments, and perform other related reception area duties.
What You Will Do
The Medical Receptionist will greet visitors and patients, determine their needs, check appointments, and direct them accordingly. They will also answer questions and provide information directly to the person or on the telephone, based on knowledge of the Center, department, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent training and experience
- Prior medical receptionist experience preferred
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Basic math and computer skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Pleasant phone manners and professional appearance
