Role OverviewThe Medical Records Clerk is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of patient medical records. Key duties include proactively working through a schedule of tasks, fulfilling both incoming and outgoing medical record requests, and conducting timely and precise chart reviews.
What You Will Do
Work schedule one week ahead, Complete Outgoing Medical Records Requests, Complete Incoming Medical Records Requests, Complete Chart Reviews in a timely and accurate manner, Work Fax Inbox, Work Jelly beans, Scans all Medical Records into docs

Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Medical Records experience preferred
