Job Description
As a Medical Science Liaison, you will act as the primary scientific/clinical resource to Opinion Leaders, Population Heath Decision Makers, and other healthcare providers, executing Amgen's Medical function and product strategy to improve patient outcomes. You will engage with healthcare partners, educate and communicate clinical and scientific data, and respond to unsolicited inquiries, while maintaining clinical acuity and expertise.

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree
  • OR Master's degree & 3 years of Medical Affairs experience
  • OR Bachelor's degree & 5 years of Medical Affairs experience
  • Pharm.D., Ph.D., M.D. or D.O. (other doctoral degrees considered)
  • 2 years of proven experience in scientific or medical affairs at a biotech or pharmaceutical company
  • Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Experience in Rare Disease, Nephrology, Rheumatology
