Job Description
Medical Scribe Expert with expertise in clinical documentation required for remote contract position.
Requirements
2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
Comfortable with clinical artifacts: SOAP notes, H&Ps, discharge summaries, CDI queries.
