Medical Scribe

Requirements

• Accompany providers during patient visits and document medical histories
• Accurately record patient information
• Document procedures, lab results, imaging findings, and provider interpretations
• Prepare and complete clinical notes
• Track and enter orders for labs, imaging, referrals, and prescriptions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, clinic workflows, and documentation standards
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies
• Assist with chart preparation prior to visits and follow-up documentation after visits
• Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff
