Job Description
Medical Scribe role to build long-horizon documentation tasks, create rubrics, and develop scenarios for clinical documentation work.
Requirements
2+ years as a medical scribe, CDI specialist, RN, NP, PA, or similar documentation-heavy role.
Expertise in SOAP or H&P authoring, CDI query practice, discharge summary construction, EHR documentation workflows (Epic, Cerner).
Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
