Job Description
The Medical Scribe Program Supervisor will oversee a team of medical scribes, manage staffing and training, and ensure operational efficiency and quality of documentation. Key responsibilities include team supervision, training and development, operational oversight, documentation quality and compliance, provider and stakeholder support, and reporting and administrative functions. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, biology, or a related field, and 2-4 years of medical scribe experience, with prior leadership experience preferred. Key skills include strong knowledge of medical terminology, leadership and coaching skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
