The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is looking for a dynamic and experienced Medical Services Lead to oversee the medical services departments at their Pinellas shelter.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to coach different teams and provide constructive feedback
  • Skill of looking at ways to streamline processes while ensuring unity amongst all teams and departments
  • Flexibility and multitasking abilities
  • Veterinary Technician skills and shelter experience (strongly preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory technician role or a Head Veterinary Technician role or leadership role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
