Job Description
The Medical Services Manager at Percy Village is responsible for planning and coordinating the activities of the medication room, overseeing medication room personnel, and collaborating with other disciplines and departments to maintain safety and quality.

Requirements

  • Administers personal care, medications, treatments, and other nursing procedures
  • Supervises medication room personnel
  • Collaborates with other disciplines and departments
  • Monitors clients' medications and records accurately
  • Provides on-call coverage for emergency consultation and intervention
  • Assists in situational crisis intervention
  • Participates in treatment team meetings, in–service training, and other meetings
  • Provides administrative supervision to the Medication Technicians
  • Formally reviews and appraises the performance of subordinates annually
