Job Description
The Instructor/Operator (I/O) role provides training services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC), instructing a mixed population of Soldiers in medical simulation scenarios. The I/O will utilize approved simulation scenarios, moulage techniques, and theatrical special effects to simulate injuries and environments. The I/O will assess students' critical thinking skills and psychomotor skills based on their ability to perform under high-fidelity situations.

Requirements

  • Develop, modify, and maintain Training Support Packages (TSPs), lesson plans, and training materials
  • Support training event planning, execution, evaluation, and preparation of After Action Reviews (AARs) and related documentations
  • Instruct and support training on new battlefield medical procedures, techniques, and equipment
  • Experience utilizing medical simulation systems, virtual training platforms, and other advanced learning methodologies
