Job Description
The Instructor/Operator (I/O) role provides training services for the Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) at Camp Dodge, Iowa. The I/O will instruct and support training on new battlefield medical procedures, techniques, and equipment, utilizing approved simulation scenarios and high-fidelity situations.
Requirements
Develop, modify, and maintain Training Support Packages (TSPs), lesson plans, and training materials
Support training event planning, execution, evaluation, and preparation of After Action Reviews (AARs) and related documentations
Instruct and support training on new battlefield medical procedures, techniques, and equipment
Experience utilizing medical simulation systems, virtual training platforms, and other advanced learning methodologies
Ability to take inventory and manage consumable items along with the Preventive Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS) Kits
Perform PMCS (daily maintenance) on all equipment
