Job Description
To assist patients and their families in making full use of available resources, provide social evaluation, counseling, and discharge planning, and act as a liaison to the community.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) by the Alabama State Board of Social Work Examiners
  • Previous experience in a healthcare environment (if job is in The Kirklin Clinic)
