Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited physical therapy program at the Bachelor level and eligibility for licensure in the State of Texas.
  • Active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist (LPT) in the State of Texas.
