Role OverviewThe Medical Technologist II develops and monitors test systems and performs and interprets laboratory tests for the diagnosis and care of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. This role is part of Northside Hospital, an award-winning, state-of-the-art, and continually growing healthcare institution.

Develop and monitor test systems, perform and interpret laboratory tests, and implement clinical laboratory procedures according to proper standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution
- Certification as a Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Scientist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist
- One (1) year experience in a clinical laboratory
- Ability to implement and perform clinical laboratory procedures according to proper standards and regulations
- Must submit to a Color-Acuity screening Test
