Job Description
The Medication Adherence Specialist supports Independence Health System’s value-based care initiatives by improving medication adherence performance across payer programs, including Medicare Advantage and Part D.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or higher level of education.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Five (5) Years of Experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Experience in Healthcare setting.
  • Act 34-PA Criminal Record Check from the PA State Police system
