Administer medications to residents, provide individualized care for residents with specific medical needs, and maintain accurate medication records and documentation.

Requirements

- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
