What You Will Do
Obtain a complete and accurate medication history with the involvement of the patient and/or family, compare a patient's home medications to the medications ordered on admission, and identify discrepancies.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prefer two years in a clinical setting, pharmacy experience preferred, and a Pharmacy Technician registration through the Alabama Board of Pharmacy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College courses desirable, but not required
- Two years of experience in a clinical setting
- Pharmacy experience preferred
- Pharmacy Technician registration through Alabama Board of Pharmacy
- National Technician Certification recognized by ALBOP
