Role Overview

Provides medication assistance and personal care to residents of the community, following guidelines provided by CIEL Senior Living. Supports the mission, vision, and goals of the organization, upholding and promoting the company culture and vision.

What You Will Do

Complete documentation, administer medication, participate in narcotic count, and maintain cleanliness of medication room and cart. Assist in timely re-ordering of medication, follow Physician Order Protocol, and document resident changes.

Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, have strong understanding of the English language, and meet all health requirements. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Medication Administration training/certification per state requirements
  • Must meet all health requirements
  • CPR certification
  • Experienced Caregiver of Certified Nursing assistant certification per state requirements
