What You Will Do
Assist residents with self-administered medications, measure weight, document pertinent information, and communicate with Resident Care Managers/Charge Nurse.

Requirements
- Maintain resident, employee, and community information in strict confidence
- Submit all required documents to Home Office in a timely manner
- Adhere to all medication room systems per policy
- Document pertinent information in Progress Notes per policy
- Communicate with Resident Care Managers/Charge Nurse per policy
- Assist in development and revision of service plans
- Observe for and report resident problems
- Read Communication Log and inter-shift report
