As a Land Surveyor/Project Manager, you will lead a project team and manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, estimates, and client relationships.

What You Will Do

Direct project teams, manage budgets and estimates, communicate with clients, and prepare project proposals. You will also serve as a mentor and supervisor for junior and mid-level staff, and maintain an effective sales effort to achieve business development goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of ten years of surveying experience
  • Registration as a Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) in Florida, or ability to attain within 6 months
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
