Role OverviewAs a Member Account Specialist at Horizon Credit Union, you will be responsible for ensuring each interaction creates a positive member experience while providing relevant solutions to improve the financial and personal well-being of the member. You will deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging prospective and existing members, owning the full end-to-end membership and account opening process, and ensuring all information is accurately verified and compliant with regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include verifying cash transactions, accurately recording cash activity within the core system, and consistently balancing cash drawers in accordance with Horizon's balancing standards. You will also open deposit accounts, cross-sell products and services, and conduct outbound calling efforts to promote credit union products and services.
