Role OverviewServes as a primary point of contact for members and prospective members, supporting both inbound service needs and outbound outreach efforts.
What You Will Do
Outbound Outreach to educate and enroll members in Tria Health programs, Inbound Call Support for questions, concerns, and program assistance, Appointment Scheduling and reminder calls, Care Coordination with members, providers, and pharmacies.

Requirements
- Customer service experience required; healthcare or call center experience preferred
