Member Engagement Specialist, CES

As an Engagement Specialist, you'll work telephonically with members enrolled in our program, helping them stay connected to care through ongoing communication and encouragement. You'll build trusted relationships over time, offering a steady and friendly presence as members work toward their goals as they navigate substance use disorder (SUD).

What You Will Do

Conduct text and telephonic outreach to members assigned to their caseload, provide on-going engagement to members, ensure members are connected to Wayspring clinical services, and initiate creative strategies to facilitate member contact.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an outreach role, with preferred experience around telephonic outreach
• Highly organized and detail-oriented and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability working in a matrixed environment
• The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively is required
• Exceptional verbal communication skills, and effective presentation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems is preferred
