Job Description
We are seeking a Member Experience Associate to provide exceptional customer service, conduct engaging tours, and maintain a clean and organized environment at our club. As a moment maker, you'll help members feel confident in their fitness journey and showcase our premium amenities and cutting-edge fitness and recovery modalities.
Requirements
18 years of age or older, required
Previous customer service or hospitality experience, preferred
