Role OverviewThe Member Experience Associate is responsible for ensuring exceptional service and assistance to YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit members, prospective members and guests. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills and upholding the member experience standards.

Provide excellent customer service, facilitate membership and program registrations, and build a positive first impression with a warm smile and personal greeting.
