Role OverviewThe Member Experience Consultant will engage members through active listening to accurately identify their financial needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. They will create a great member experience and solidify ACU loyalty by effectively responding to member needs with both service and sales channels.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Member Experience Consultant include identifying and mitigating risk, being a brand ambassador, actively participating in compliance and behavioral skill training, and utilizing available resources to capitalize on each member interaction.
