Job Description
Member Experience Representative is responsible for communicating with members and potential members, driving brand awareness, building relationships, and providing a world-class experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of customer service experience, or a Bachelor’s degree
  • Team oriented, results driven, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts in a fluid environment
  • Ability to work onsite at Credit Union administrative headquarters
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts within core operating hours (8:00 am – 6:00 pm), as well as the occasional weekend and holiday
  • Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Travel required on occasion
