Member of Technical Staff - Product building or engineering background

As a Member of Technical Staff, you will be responsible for building products with AI at their core, with a focus on agent engineering, multimodal reasoning, and platform integrations. You will work on a team to develop and iterate on generation for drawings, sheets, and documentation, and engage with customers to translate real-world architecture workflows into agent capabilities.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include agent engineering, multimodal reasoning, platform integrations, eval systems, geometry and drafting models, and customer engagement.

• LLM and VLM fluency, ideally with agentic workflow experience
• Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous problems and craft reliable, efficient solutions
• High agency, customer-facing comfort, and ability to thrive in early-stage environments
