Role OverviewAs a Member Payment Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for protecting the assets of the credit union by performing all collection activities and lowering delinquencies for loans and deposit accounts. You will maintain delinquency at a minimum by collecting your current goal percentage for your beginning 60+ day delinquent queue monthly. You will also attempt telephone contact with members over 30 days past due at least every other working day.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include protecting the assets of the credit union, maintaining delinquency at a minimum, attempting telephone contact with members, and accurately recording all member communications and updates in Symitar/Meridian Xpress Collect System.
