Job Description
Member Relations Specialists I provide information, suggestions, and solutions to members and prospective members using remote communication methods, building relationships and performing duties in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1 Year experience in a call center and/or technical trouble shooting
  • Basic member service experience in a banking or related industry preferred
