Role OverviewAs a Member Relationship Advisor I at Navigant Credit Union, you'll be on the front lines of helping our members with their financial needs and supporting a positive and personalized experience. You'll deliver outstanding service, cross-sell products, process loans, and maintain knowledge of compliance and risk controls.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include helping members in-person, over the phone, and online, processing transactions, assisting with loan applications, and recommending products and services that meet their financial needs.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools
- Experience with banking software is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills to explain financial products in a clear, accessible way
- Ability to multitask and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to a positive, member-focused team
- Ability to recommend products and services based on member needs
- 2 years in member service and/or teller area of a credit union or other financial institution
- Understanding of loan origination, underwriting, and documentation
