Role OverviewThe Member Relationship Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional member experience while serving members' financial needs in a retail branch lobby. Responsibilities include promptly greeting members, providing account service, and resolving member inquiries. MROs are expected to educate members on products and service offerings and encourage self-service options.
What You Will Do
Handle all account servicing requests from members, coordinate and carry out deposit, transaction and member services functions, and answer questions about products and services. Responsible for daily credit union business, including record retention, cash management, inventory, daily reconciliations and balancing, and branch security.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and two years of related teller, customer service, and cash handling experience. They should be able to communicate professionally and effectively verbally and in writing, and have the ability to work weekends.
