Role OverviewThe Member Representative II is responsible for performing a broad variety of teller and member service duties, including opening and closing accounts, assisting members with bookkeeping and digital services issues, and offering smart financial solutions via credit union products and services.
What You Will Do
Identifies and cross sells appropriate deposit, loan, and digital products, takes consumer loan applications, processes loans, prepares loan documents, and closes loans. Assists team members with loan closings and member inquiries, performs account maintenance and account changes, and performs teller transactions.

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent level of experience
- One to three years of experience at a full-service financial institution
