Job Description
Member Service Advisor II provides financial transactions and member services in a timely, accurate, and professional manner while providing exceptional member service. Maintains thorough knowledge of Credit Union products and services.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of cash handling experience
  • Previous experience or demonstrating in current role the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales and service goals
  • One year of sales or customer service experience preferred, 6 months or more experience with Bellco or in financial services preferred
