Role OverviewThe Member Service Call Center Representative will provide exceptional service to members and non-members through multiple communication channels, process transactions, and identify member needs to enhance the brand and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union.
What You Will Do
Answer phone calls, emails, and chats, process transactions, and recommend products and services to meet member needs.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of work experience in a Call Center or Financial Institution OR Customer Service
- Flexible Monday-Saturday schedule
- Good organizational, communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
