Job Description
Deliver outstanding service to members by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently, building strong member relationships, and promoting credit union products and services.
Requirements
Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner
Accurately process member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance daily transactions in accordance with established balancing and performance standards
Complete report preparation, data entry, record maintenance, and other assigned tasks to support branch operations
Perform other duties as assigned
