As a MSO, you will assist members with various services and perform financial and non-financial transactions. Requirements

  • Assisting members with opening new accounts
  • Taking loan applications and performing financial and non-financial transactions
  • Serving members with various services provided at each branch
  • Assisting with training other team members
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years applicable work experience in a closely related position
  • Financial institution experience is preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • TFCU University certification
  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED
  • SAFE Act registration
  • Regulations training
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
