Job Description
Member Service Representative II - Float responsible for providing member service functions, including account opening, balancing the vault, and assisting MSR I as needed. Must adhere to Directions Credit Union's mission and core values.

Requirements

  • Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of member transactions.
  • Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective and accurate performance of branch functions.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relations with members.
  • Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with management.
  • Must read and adhere to all policies, rules and regulations, and training established by Directions Credit Union.
