Requirements

  • Learn and Educate: Maintain high levels of product/services knowledge to educate members and prospective members.
  • Interact: Interact with members and prospective members to create a pleasant experience.
  • Perform: Perform banking transactions, open new accounts and loans, and other financial transactions.
  • Uncover and Refer: Find opportunities to improve member financial well-being and refer leads to respective teams.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Policy and Procedure, maintain current knowledge of R.I.A.'s philosophy, and maintain maximum security over the credit union, cash, and other valuable items.
